Licensed in the mortgage business in Florida since 1986 (license types have changed along the way) - currently licensed as an MLO in Texas, Florida and Georgia. Have worked in all aspects of the mortgage business, as a mortgage broker, retail bank loan officer, wholesale mortgage lender AE, correspondent lender, mortgage net branch manager and now as a mortgage loan originator - the best place to be in the mortgage business, IMHO.
I've originated over 2,500 loans, of every type, though helping first time home buyers and veterans has always been my favorite part of this business. I also work a lot with investors, self-employed, and foreign nationals.
Also having a Florida Real Estate Broker's license, I tend to focus on purchases, but cash-out refinances and HELOCS are always options for people wanting to put their equity to work and of course, rate reduction refinances to take advantage of lower rates on the market dips.
