I am a senior loan officer, long seasoned in the mortgage industry since 2006. A starting background in Operations and Pre-Underwriting has brought about a unique ability to see any loan through with efficacy from start-to-finish.
Ensuring harmonious relationships with all parties to a transaction, and supporting timelines and protocol are critically important precepts - obtaining the lowest possible payment for the borrower matters, but procedural ease is also of underestimated significance!
With a ranking presence in Scotsman Guide in 2020 and 2021, and an atypically high funding conversion ratio, I have numbers that reflect my experience and ability to close loans with ease, but what is most important for me to convey is that the relationship with every applicant is a lifetime one!
I don't turn anyone away, and I frequently help those that have had doors closed to them by many others. With access to virtually any product in the marketplace, and an extremely well-versed understanding of underwriting guidelines and exceptions, and lender matrices and overlays, even the most unique qualifications can find a route to funding successfully.
The borrower's benefit is key! That is the only interest here to serve. There is no need for pushing or selling - whether it's in taking the time to give guidance towards credit health, or helping along the path to asset wealth, there is no race for time here, other than how it meets each individual consumer's needs and wants.
